Atthe beginning of 2020, the country and the whole world have been affected by thecovid-19 pandemic. Under such a tough situation, China Team has been awardedthe contract “Taikang Nanjing International Medical Center”. We have beenselected because of our in-depth understanding of the hospital requirements,and we have been upholding professionalism in delivering the health care andhospital projects.

The project is invested by Nanjing TaikangMedical Management Co., Ltd. and it shall be designed as a high-end scienceteaching and research institute. It is also a smart and distinctive, completefunctional hospital. The advanced design concept will be consisting of reasonablelayout, leading and intelligent technologies and facilities. This will be a 3-Ahospital in Nanjing.

The project is located in Xianlin Street, QixiaDistrict, Nanjing. On the northside is the existing Taikang Xianlin GulouHospital and along the Xuezi South Road on the westside.

Thetotal land area is about 95,429.3 square meters, and the total constructionarea is 198,300 square meters. In which, the total construction area aboveground is 100,200 square meters, and the total underground construction area is98,100 square meters.

Thehospital project is also a new challenge to China Team but we shall ensure the designand construction progress smoothly till the perfect project completion.
